You must make sure that you provide us with adequate and suitable information that confirms that you are legally capable of availing our services. We possess the legal capability and right to delete your profile instantly and terminate our services with you if we found that you failed to provide important evidence about your age.
Placing An Order
While placing an order on our website, you must give us accurate details. Delays and misinterpretations pertinent to order submission may occur in case inaccurate information is provided. You must give complete details while placing your order, involving:

- Mode of Payment
- Deadline of Work
- Requirements of Your Project
- Contact Information (Email address, Phone Number)

- Our official website serves as a practical contact method for looking out for a professional graphic designer.
- We do hold the right to end our services with the clients in some instances, with or without notice.
- In case of irrational or objectionable requested pricing or delivery times, we are allowed to reject the client’s order.
- The client is not permissible to contact our professionals directly for his/her further projects. The same process is expected to be followed whenever the client is placing an order on the website.
- Alterations within the period that are less agreed upon by both parties will not influence the association between the two parties in any case.
- Client requests shall only be treated and accepted further once the pending amount has been cleared.
- Delay in payment may lead to a delay in delivery or termination of the contract.
- The client is expected to provide precise instructions after approval has been received from the professionals and payment has been made. Order’s delivery may get delayed or even cancelled in case of any needless and untimely demands.
- A supplementary cost may be charged with a delay in delivery of the order in case last-minute requests are made after the order has been delivered.
NOTE: The Apps Tech holds the right to consider vigorous legal actions or cancel its services if someone is found using its work unfairly or re-selling its work on particular organizations or websites unknown to us.
Refund & Revision Policy
In any circumstances, payment for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the original design concepts are approved or a change is requested unless The Apps Tech cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach of contract. Once you accept the initial design, refunds become void. For more clarity, we suggest you read the below important points of refund policy:
- Full amount will be refunded (less 10% processing and service charges, in case the client has made a request for a refund before the delivery of initial design concepts.
- The client would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% processing and service charges) in case the client has requested a refund between 48-120 hours of the delivery of initial design concepts.
- No refund request will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial design concepts delivery.
- No refund request will be accepted if the client has not taken any action on their order for 30 days after placing the order.
- No refund request will be accepted if the final designs have already been delivered.
- In the case of website projects, no refund request will be accepted once the website is completed, developed or has been deployed live.
- In the case of video animation packages, no refund request will be accepted after storyboard designing.
- The reason behind refund must be valid, or the request will not be entertained.
- If the design has not been made according to the brief, then we do not give a refund right away; instead, we provide multiple revisions until complete satisfaction of the client is achieved.
- Our practise involves taking client’s feedback on every step. Hence, it is only fair that the client gets involved throughout and provide feedback to receive desired results.
- 100% unique design guarantee only applies in case our design is found majorly similar to another design that is already existing. Any slight resemblance can be a matter of pure coincidence, and The Apps Tech will not accept any responsibility in such a case.
